Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between miR-146a,Chemerin,transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris in peripheral blood.Methods:A total of 134patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated to our hospital from January 2022to December 2023were retrospectively selected.TCM syndrome differen-tiation was performed for psoriasis vulgaris patients.Clinical data,levels of miR-146a,Chemerin and TGF-β1in peripheral blood of patients with different TCM syndrome types,and levels of miR-146a,Chemerin and TGF-β1in peripheral blood of pa-tients with different severity were collected and compared.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between PASI score and the levels of miR-146a,Chemerin and TGF-β1in peripheral blood.Results:Among 134patients with psoriasis vulgar-is,there were 42cases of blood heat syndrome(31.34%),47cases of blood stasis syndrome(35.07%)and 45cases of blood dryness syndrome(33.58%).The PASI scores of all groups were blood heat grou P>blood stasis grou P>blood dryness group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relative expression level of miR-146a mRNA,Chemerin and TGF-β1in blood heat group were higher than those in blood stasis group and blood dryness group,and the relative expression lev-el of miR-146a mRNA,Chemerin and TGF-β1in blood stasis group were higher than those in blood dryness group,with statisti-cal significance(P<0.05).The relative expression level of miR-146a mRNA,Chemerin and TGF-β1in peripheral blood of pa-tients with different severity were mild<moderate<severe,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The re-sults of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the relative expression level of miR-146a mRNA,Chemerin and TGF-β1levels in peripheral blood were positively correlated with PASI scores,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of miR-146a,Chemerin and TGF-β1in peripheral blood were different in psoriasis vulgaris,and had a positive correlation with psoriasis vulgaris.关键词
