清热除湿方辅助咪唑斯汀治疗湿疹疗效及对湿疹面积、瘙痒评分和复发的影响
Efficacy of Qingre Chushi decoction supplemented with mizolastine on eczema and its influence on eczema area,pruritus score and recurrence

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Qingre Chushi decoction supplemented with mizolastine in the treatment of eczema and its influence on eczema area,pruritus score and recurrence.Methods:80patients with acute eczema in our hospital were selected as the research subjects from April 2022to January 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with mizolastine,while the ob-servation group was given Qingre Chushi decoction combined with mizolastine.Both groups were treated for 28days.The clinical efficacy and symptom improvement status after treatment,symptom score[Eczema Area and Severity Index(EASI),Visual An-alogue Scale(VAS)]and inflammatory indicators[CC chemokine(CCL)27,thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP)]before and after treatment were compared between groups,and the recurrence of the two groups was analyzed.Results:The total clinical effective rate in observation group was higher compared to control group,and the improvement time of each symptom was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The EASI score,VAS score and serum CCL27and TSLP levels in both groups were de-creased after 28days of treatment,and the scores and levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).At 1month and 3months after treatment,the recurrence rate was lower in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Chushi decoction supplemented with mizolastine can relieve the pruritus and other symptoms in time,and reduce the risk of recurrence in the treatment of patients with acute eczema,and it has a definite efficacy.The mecha-nism of improving the symptoms may be to inhibit the levels of CCL27and TSLP and regulate the inflammatory response.关键词
