痛点深浅刺治疗颈肩肌筋膜炎66例临床疗效对比观察
The observation of clinical efficacy about different acupuncture depth for the treatment of cervical-shoulder myo-fascitis in 66cases

Abstract
Objective:This study objectively evaluated the difference in the efficacy of deep needling compared with shallow needling in the treatment of cervical-shoulder myofascitis,and explored the appropriate depth of acupuncture for leading the clin-ical treatment.Method:66patients who met the inclusion requirements were divided into experimental group(deep needling)and control group(shallow needling),33in each group.Intervention was performed 2weeks in both groups.Before treatment,1week after treatment and 2weeks after treatment,the effects of two acupuncture methods on neck and shoulder myofascitis were com-pared by using the simple version of McGill Pain Assessment Questionnaire,Cervical Dysfunction Index Score Test Scale and Shoulder Function Index Test Scale.Follow-up in the second week after treatment to find out the recurrence rate.Result:Total effective rate:after treatment,the total effective rate of the deep needling group and shallow needling group was 96.9%and 83.3%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1week of treatment and 2weeks of treatment,the comparison scores of the McGill,NDI and Constant-Murley form of the two groups decreased,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).After 1weeks of treatment,the score of deep needling group was better than that of shallow needling group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both deep needling therapy and shallow needling therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical-shoulder myofascitis,deep needling is superior to shallow needling in terms of onset time and effective rate,which is the appropriate depth for the treatment of this disease,and is worth popularizing and applying.关键词
