Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Huolongcan combined with Hongtao Xiaotuo mixture in preventing deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after total knee arthroplasty.Method:Retrospectively analyze the medical records of 66patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in the Department of Geriatric Orthopaedics,Shenzhen Pingle Orthopaedic Hospital,from November 2023to March 2024,and according to the method of patient intervention,they were divided into the conventional group(conven-tional intervention,n=31)and the Chinese medicine group(the addition of huolong jar combined with hongtao decongestant composite on the basis of conventional intervention,n=35).We assessed the differences in lower limb swelling,pain,and quantitative scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups in 3d and 14d postoperatively,and tested the levels of coagulation and fibrinolytic function indexes[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thromboplastin time(TT),platelet(PLT),and hemoglobin(Hb)]in the two groups,and counted the incidence rate of DVT in the two groups postoperatively.Results:14days after surgery,swelling degree score,VAS score,TCM symptom score,PT,APTT and TT levels in 2groups were significantly lower than 3days after surgery,and the TCM group was lower than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On day 14after surgery,PLT and Hb levels in 2groups were significantly higher than those in day 3after surgery,and the TCM group was higher than the conventional group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative DVT in the TCM group(5.71%)was lower than that in the control group(29.03%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huolongtin combined with Hongtao Xiaoedema mixture can significantly prevent deep vein thrombosis after total knee arthroplasty,promote blood circulation after to-tal knee arthroplasty,reduce pain and improve lower limb swelling.关键词
