特发性膜性肾病分期辨证论治中医治疗研究进展
Progress in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy based on staging,differ-entiation and treatment
摘要
Abstract
This review discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of idiopathic membranous nephropathy,with dysfunction of lung,spleen and renal function as the fundamental pathogenesis.IMN is divided into edema stage(initial stage),turbidinuria stage(massive proteinuria stage)and Longbi guange stage(renal failure stage)from the perspective of traditional Chinese medi-cine.It is summarized that in edema stage,supplementing qi and water and promoting blood and water,and in turbidinuria stage,expelling wind and removing dampness,tonifying spleen and kidney.Longbi and Guange period,we focus on supplemen-ting spleen and kidney,and take the research progress of TCM treatment of promoting blood circulation and detoxifying and dehu-midification,to provide basis for TCM staging treatment of IMN and provide reference for clinic.关键词
