Abstract
Cement industry is a typical high-energy consumption and high-emission industry,in the power market and carbon market,cement enterprises must reasonably adjust their production plan,and strive to achieve energy savings and emission reductions.Therefore,a production scheduling method for cement enterprises considering demand response and carbon trading is proposed.Firstly,the production process of cement enterprises is analyzed,and a load demand response model for cement enterprises is established,taking into account the operational characteristics of the main loads in the production process.Secondly,the carbon emission mechanism of cement enterprises is analyzed,and a quantitative expression of carbon emissions and production arrangements is established.Furthermore,the carbon trading cost is described using the stepped carbon trading model Finally,a production scheduling model for cement enterprises is established,which takes into account both demand response and carbon trading.By optimizing the power purchase and production plan for each stage/link,the objective of minimizing both power purchase costs and carbon transaction costs is achieved.The example analysis shows that the proposed method can realize the electric-carbon collaborative optimization for cement enterprises within the power market and carbon market framework.This is beneficial for cement enterprises to implement energy-saving and emission-reduction measures,thereby facilitating the attainment of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.关键词
