Abstract
Typhoon disasters severely impact distribution lines,causing power outages.Thus,this paper proposes a comprehensive strategy for improving the power recovery performance of distribution network during and after disaster.Firstly,typhoon forecasts and Monte Carlo sampling are used to simulate line faults.Then,integrating distributed generation and controllable load scheduling,with the goal of prioritizing the restoration of critical loads,a distribution network fault reconfiguration model is constructed to achieve flexible adjustment and optimized load distribution within the distribution network during disaster.In the post-disaster phase,based on the locations of faulty lines and repair teams,an optimization algorithm determines repair sequences to maximize load restoration and minimize repair time.During the repair process,optimization is achieved through coordinated distribution network reconfiguration.Taking the IEEE 33 distribution system as an example for simulation analysis,the results verify the strategy's effectiveness,ensuring continuous critical load power during typhoons,shortening repair time,and improving restoration performance and emergency response.The strategy provides innovative solutions for rapid fault repair and critical load restoration,enhancing distribution network resilience and reliability.关键词
