Abstract
In order to meet the automation and high-performance operation requirements of current coal mine lifting device control systems,and to address the problems of uneven speed regulation,large fluctuations in wire rope tension,and serious energy waste in traditional mining lifting device control methods,research has been conducted on frequency conversion speed regulation and control technology.A design scheme for a frequency conversion speed regulation automatic control system for lifting devices based on PLC control has been proposed through fuzzy PID speed regulation and tension closed-loop control theory.The system analyzes and establishes models and strategies for variable frequency speed regulation and steel wire rope tension control of the lifting device.Through a dual PLC redundant control structure,the system achieves adaptive speed regulation control and constant steel wire rope tension control of the lifting device.At the same time,the system has real-time monitoring and comprehensive protection functions for the operation of the lifting device,effectively improving its operational efficiency and safety reliability.Through experimental testing,the system has high speed regulation accuracy,fast speed response,and high stability of wire rope tension under load changes,achieving the expected design goals.It has significant economic and social benefits in coal mine safety and efficient production.关键词
