Abstract
In view of the existing problems of poor awareness of material conservation,excessive use of materials,and on-site material waste cannot be fundamentally and effectively curbed in some grassroots units in the material management mode of Pengzhuang Coal Mine,based on the theory basis of lean management,a set of specific transformation strategies is proposed to strengthen material cost management and control,mainly including the establishment of lean organizational structure,process optimization,elimination of waste,and application of material quota management.Material expenditure is strictly controlled from six links:material budget preparation,material plan submission,procurement,acceptance check,use,and assessment.Through methods of systematic planning and phased implementation,this study identifies an effective path for the lean material management transformation in coal mines.The annual material cost decreases by more than 10%year-on-year,and the implementation effect is evaluated through case studies,providing theoretical guidance and practical reference for optimizing material management in coal mine enterprises.关键词
