拟南芥根中细胞器特异标记蛋白质的定位观察
Localization of Organelle-specific Marker Proteins in Arabidopsis thaliana Roots
摘要
Abstract
The tiny structures or compartments that make up a cell are collectively referred to as subcellular structures.Each subcellular structure contains specific proteins.The function of unknown proteins can be inferred through co-localization techniques with these specific proteins.The distribution and morphology observation of each organelle in co-localization technology requires corresponding organelle markers to indicate.However,there are few systematic and comprehensive reports on the localization of organelle-specific marker proteins in the literature.In this paper,we observed the localization of organelle-specific marker proteins in various organelles through confocal microscopy and recorded the distribution of each organelle in the cell,A further differitiention was made among the plesiomorphic Organelles with chemical treatment and super-resolution imaging.This paper was aimed to provide a reference for the localization of unknown proteins in subsequent studies.关键词
