利用灰色关联度分析法评价新疆水稻农艺性状、品质与产量间的关系
Assessing the Relationship Between Agronomic Traits,Quality and Yield of Rice in Xinjiang Using Grey Relational Analysis

Abstract
To guide the selection of multiple desirable traits in rice breeding and expedite the process of trait selection,this study used 24 commonly used rice varieties(strains)in Xinjiang as materials and employed the grey correlation analysis method to study the relationships between 15 agronomic traits including appearance quality,milling quality,cooking quality,and yield,respectively.The results showed that the agronomic traits with high correlation to yield were thousand grain weight,plant height,and seed setting rate;the two appearance quality traits with high correlation were grain length and length/width ratio;the two milling quality traits with high correlation were rough rice yield and milled rice yield;and the cooking quality trait with high correlation was amylose content.When studying the factors affecting rice quality,attention should be paid to grain length,rough rice yield,and amylose content,and the length/width ratio,milled rice yield,whole grain yield,and viscosity should be used as reference traits.At the same time,emphasis should be placed on the improvement of thousand grain weight,plant height,and seed setting rate in terms of yield.The research results can provide scientific basis for rice breeding work.关键词
