摘要

Abstract

Using partially recycled plastic to replace fine aggregates in concrete achieves the effect of environmental protection construction.Using recycled polyvinyl chloride(PVC)plastic as raw material,plastic concrete was prepared at 20%,25%,and 30%aggregate substitution rates.The compressive strength,flexural strength,density,porosity,and frost resistance of the samples were tested separately.The test results show that the compressive strength of recycled PVC plastic concrete with 20%substitution rate is 20 MPa-25 MPa;the maximum toughness is 3.78 MPa,and the minimum toughness is 2.29 MPa,both of which are higher than the ideal value;density is higher than 2 300 kg/m3;the maximum porosity is 13.8%;after freeze-thaw cycles,the overall compressive strength is higher than 20.2 MPa,with a strength loss rate of 17.5%.This proves that the mechanical properties and frost resistance of recycled PVC plastic concrete with a 20%substitution rate are the best.
