不同骨料替代率再生PVC塑料混凝土的力学性能和抗冻性研究
Mechanical Properties and Frost Resistance of Recycled PVC Plastic Concrete with Different Aggregate Substitution Rates

Abstract
Using partially recycled plastic to replace fine aggregates in concrete achieves the effect of environmental protection construction.Using recycled polyvinyl chloride(PVC)plastic as raw material,plastic concrete was prepared at 20%,25%,and 30%aggregate substitution rates.The compressive strength,flexural strength,density,porosity,and frost resistance of the samples were tested separately.The test results show that the compressive strength of recycled PVC plastic concrete with 20%substitution rate is 20 MPa-25 MPa;the maximum toughness is 3.78 MPa,and the minimum toughness is 2.29 MPa,both of which are higher than the ideal value;density is higher than 2 300 kg/m3;the maximum porosity is 13.8%;after freeze-thaw cycles,the overall compressive strength is higher than 20.2 MPa,with a strength loss rate of 17.5%.This proves that the mechanical properties and frost resistance of recycled PVC plastic concrete with a 20%substitution rate are the best.关键词
