Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formula granules offer therapeutic effects comparable to TCM decoction pieces,while also providing the advantages of easy preparation and convenience in use,which has led to high recognition among doctors and patients.With the dissemination and popularization of TCM,the overall number of outpatient prescriptions for TCM formula granules is on an upward trend,and the industry scale is continuously expanding.The implementation of the national policy for the routine and institutionalized centralized volume procurement of drugs,along with the expansion policy and the improvement of TCM formula granules management policies,has made centralized procurement of TCM formula granules a trend.However,the centralized volume procurement of TCM formula granules faces numerous challenges in the implementation process,including quality control,supply chain management,and the mechanism for price formation.This paper aims to review and analyze the relevant policies,procurement status,and issues of TCM formula granules,and based on research literature,to propose corresponding suggestions,in the hope of providing a reference for the centralized volume procurement of TCM formula granules.关键词
