Research progress on medical transdermal patches
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,transdermal patches have become an important research topic in healthcare technology.It delivers drugs directly through the skin,which has the advantages of stable efficacy,convenient use and reduced patient burden.With the progress of science and technology and the deepening of research,many important Results have been achieved in related research at home and abroad,such as smart patches,degradable patches,high release patches,etc.The application areas involve vaccines,gene therapy,insulin delivery,hormone deficiency,cardiovascular diseases,etc.Which provide new choices for clinical treatment.The aim of this paper is to introduce the basic components and types of transdermal patches,to describe their important role in the field of drug delivery,and to discuss the current status and problems of related research.关键词
