摘要

Abstract

Under policy guidance,the importance of curriculum ideological and political education(CIE)has been widely recognized across higher education institutions.However,developing a scientific and effective evaluation framework remains a significant challenge,requiring systematic exploration.From the perspective of the dialectical relationship between knowledge and morality,the CIE evaluation system must address its inherent formative,implicit,and complex characteristics.The framework should embody the principles of goal alignment and rule compliance,ensuring that it aligns with the three-alls education philosophy.This paper proposes a three-dimensional evaluation structure focusing on students,teachers,and courses,establishing a comprehensive framework to guide CIE evaluation.
