大学绩效评价市场化的路径黏性问题及规避策略
Path Stickiness of Marketization of University Performance Evaluation and Its Solution
摘要
Abstract
From the perspective of stickiness theory,the path stickiness of marketization of university performance evaluation is mainly reflected in the following aspects:the conceptual stickiness of performance first aggravates value alienation,the institutional stickiness leads to homogenization effect,and the governance stickiness of performance chasing leads to collective action dilemma.These problems is often influenced by multiple viscous logics such as anchoring effect,path dependence and information asymmetry.The solution lies in transcending the constraint of the concept of performance first and awakening the value rationality of the university,breaking the single quantitative system stickiness and building a diversified performance evaluation mechanism,breaking through the governance deadlock of performance pursuit and forming a multi-governance evaluation pattern.关键词
