摘要

Abstract

The digital transformation of teaching teams is an indispensable part of educational modernization,which directly affects the high-quality development of students.At present,there are some problems in the digital transformation of secondary vocational teachers,such as the need to reshape digital awareness and enhance technological adaptability,the insufficient stickiness of supply and demand of platform resources,and the imperfect evaluation and development system.This study takes the practical exploration of the digital transformation of teachers in Shanghai Material Engineering School as an example,and proposes to stimulate the internal drive of digital learning and give full play to the subjective initiative of teachers,focus on the implementation of precise research and training to enhance the technical adaptability of teachers,create an integrated sharing platform to improve the effectiveness of resource supply,establish an incentive and evaluation mechanism and improve the collaborative cultivation system.
