Abstract
This study summarizes the problems and hidden concerns faced by the current dissertation sampling system from three levels of goal,process and result,and puts forward optimization strategies.Firstly,overcoming the consequentialism tendency,ensuring multi-subject evaluation,and carrying out the whole-process quality management of dissertation.Secondly,strengthening the reform and evaluation of quality standards,building a multi-dimensional sampling and evaluation system,and incorporating third-party professional evaluation forces.Thirdly,standardizing the objection and appeal procedures,establishing a coordination and guarantee mechanism for rewards and punishments,and strengthening the effect of internal and external supervision and rectification.The purpose is to help the high-quality development of higher education and sustainable research on the quality assurance of talent training.关键词
