摘要
Abstract
Taking the Urban-Rural School Mutual Growth Project as a practice carrier,this paper reviews the experiences of Pudong New Area in terms of organizational structure,process tracking,and high-quality assurance.Based on these experiences,a comprehensive evaluation mechanism has been constructed,which includes multiple dimensions such as value orientation,stakeholder participation,quality assurance,and result application.This aims to provide a reference for enriching pathways for balanced development of compulsory education and modernization of educational governance.关键词
