Realistic Dilemma and Breakthrough Path of the Performance of Government Inspector
摘要
Abstract
Through the investigation of 705 government inspectors in 41 districts and counties of X City in western China,it is found that the performance of government inspectors faced with the problems such as lack of initiative and the channel of education supervision is single,supervision matters does not cover the whole field of education development,lack of sufficient operation in the role of consultation.The evaluation and employment mechanism,supervision mode,education level,work experience,training effect and other factors affect the performance of government inspectors.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the qualifications and conditions of inspector employment,further clarify their duties and tasks,establish a scientific and effective evaluation and incentive system,and strengthen systematic training so as to improve the performance of inspectors.关键词
