Abstract
In response to the learning crisis faced by global education systems,the World Bank has introduced a Teacher Professional Development Program Monitoring and Evaluation framework,aiming at enhancing the learning effectiveness.This framework is founded on three core dimensions,namely evaluation objectives,result framework,and indicators,which focuses on improving the quality of learning.It employs a comprehensive result framework that encompasses inputs,activities,outputs,outcomes,and impacts,while integrating process indicators with outcome indicators to achieve dual assessment.In the future,the design of evaluation framework of teacher professional development program should thoroughly implement the logical chain from input to impact,accurately distill key data at each stage,construct an evidence-based decision-making mechanism,and formulate an evaluation framework rooted in local cultural traditions.关键词
