某含硫铜钨矿综合回收选矿试验研究
Sulfur-containing Copper-Tungsten Ore Comprehensive Recoveryand Experimental Research

Abstract
In order to provideareliable technical scheme for the effective recovery ofvaluablemetalsin a high sulfur copper-tungsten ore,the process mineralogy and beneficiation experiments were carried out for this ore.The results show that the high-sulfur copper tungsten ore contains 0.26%copper,1.06%tungsten and 4.71%sulfur.The main valuable ore types are chalcopyrite,wolframite,scheelite and pyrite.Due to the complex inlay characteristics of the ore,comprehensive recovery of valuable ore is difficult.According to the mineralogy characteristics of this ore,process flow of raw ore gravity separation-magnetic separation-flotation is adoptedto recover valuable metals from the ore,and the copper concentrate with copper grade of 18.5%and copper recovery rate of 62.67%was obtained.The tungsten concentrate grade is 65.13%and the tungsten recovery rate is 62.65%,which provides an efficient and feasible scheme for the effective recovery of valuable metals from the ore.关键词
