摘要

Abstract

The technology of oxygen-enrich-side blowing melting tank has been applied to copper,nickel and lead,and has been applied to the treatment of zinc leaching residue with the development in recent years.This paper presents the application of the Metcal computing platform for simulating the process flow of treating zinc leaching residue,produced by conventional methods,with oxygen pressure leaching slag in a smelter in Guangxi.By comparing the modeling calculation results with production outcomes,the metallurgical calculation model of the side-blowing furnace is further optimized to offer theoretical guidance for process design and production improvement.
