Abstract

Zinc is an important non-ferrous metal material that is widely used in daily life.Zinc leaching residue is a kind of hazardous waste generated during the zinc smelting process,which contains a small amount of valuable elements.It is necessary to comprehensively utilize the valuable elements while carrying out harmless disposal,in order to make full use of valuable resources.This article analyzes the elemental composition and phase composition of zinc leaching residue from the perspective of industrial comprehensive disposal,and compares the methods of using wet and pyrometallurgical routes to dispose zinc leaching residue.Based on the production practice of a certain enterprise,this article also explains the equipment selection,production situation,and some existing problems of using the main process of oxygen enriched side blowing furnace+fuming furnace to dispose of zinc leaching residue,which can provide reference for design consulting and manufacturing.
