Abstract
In zinc smelting process of zinc sulfide concentrate,zinc sulfide concentrate generally obtains high temperature zinc calcine through boiling baking furnace,and then enters the subsequent process after further cooling through cooling cylinder.The reasonable selection of cooling cylinder equipment is related to the efficiency,quality and cost of the entire production process.Three kinds of cooling cylinders,such as external shower type,jacket type and submerged type,are introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages and suitable working conditions are compared and analyzed.In the renovation of the old plant,the large size of the equipment and the narrow site space often limit the overall replacement of the cooling cylinder.Based on the submerged cooling cylinder,a segmented assembly structure is introduced.The cooling cylinder is successfully applied to the reconstruction of the old factory building through the segmented cylinder and the split of the rolling ring,providing reference for the selection of zinc calcine cooling cylinder and the reconstruction of the old plant.关键词
