Abstract
The quality of anode plates greatly affects the output,quality,and current efficiency of cathode copper in the process of copper electroly production.The use of knife-shaped anode plates with a thick top and a thin bottom can reduce the loss of residual anodes,improve the electrolysis current,increase the output of cathode copper,and improve the appearance quality of cathode copper.However,the casting of knife-shaped anode plates is difficult and experimental exploration.After nearly a year of improving the size of the mold and the level of installation,we have gained experience in casting knife-shaped anode plates and successfully achieved the industrialization and standardization of knife-shaped anode plate production in China.关键词
