Abstract

Occurrence characteristics of Lengshuikeng porphyry silver-lead-zinc deposit,The ore body is close to the surface,large in volume and low in grade,Especially in the medium-low temperature mineralization,the rock f coefficient is 6-8,The geological structure of the ore body is rich in chlorite epidotization,The stability of engineering rock is poor,The embedded particle size of silver is fine,It has become the focus and difficulty of the whole production process of well mining,mineral processing and tailings storage.Baojia Mining has continued to struggle through several generations of technical management personnel,Focus on micro-vein veinlet disseminated ore structure and porphyry ore body,The formation of'large ore body view',Enthusiasm for technological innovation and application,Strengthen communication and cooperation with research institutes,When underground production is in trouble,It is a very critical step to choose the continuous sublevel open field method by the non-pillar sublevel caving method decisively and correctly,The mining problem of entry crushing is properly solved by the support method based on hanging network;Beneficiation desliming,lead-zine ore separation,enlarging production capacity and increasing benefit,Lime-free flotation,The multi-level drainage of the tailings dam to solve the problem of the saturation line has a significant effect;A major breakthrough has been made in the recovery of mineral resources in the southern ore section and the deepening of resources in the northern ore section.Relying on scientific and technological innovation,to solve production problems,Leading the sustainable and high-quality development of mines,It is expected that this paper will have a certain reference for similar deposit mining.
