摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the production principle of high whiteness filler aluminum hydroxide is studied from the angle of decomposition technology,and carbonation decomposition process and seed decomposition process were compared.In this paper,the high whiteness filler aluminum hydroxide was produced by seed decomposition process which formed the perfect crystal shape of aluminum hydroxide.Taking 150,000 tons of high-white filler aluminum hydroxide production line as an example,the paper mainly analyzed and studied from three aspects:production process flow,material balance and key equipment selection calculation.The production process of high whiteness filler aluminum hydroxide mainly included seed decomposition process,cyclone classification process,AH filtration and washing process,drying process,etc.Based on the material balance of 150,000 tons of high whiteness filler aluminum hydroxide production line,the main production equipment was calculated,such as Alumina Seed Precipitators,Vertical plate filter,Hydrocyclone,Horizontal table filter,and Paddle dryer.And based on the theoretical calculation of 150,000 tons,it can realize the production process calculation and equipment selection calculation of 200,000 tons,300,000 tons and other series of seed high whiteness filler aluminum hydroxide production line.
