Abstract
Metal fixtures are widely used in the non-ferrous metal industry,which are mostly used to fix non-ferrous metal workpieces to ensure processing accuracy,such as fixing materials in the stamping and forming process to prevent displacement,and can also be designed according to specific needs to meet complex shapes or special process requirements.The comprehensive vertical pump in the title of this paper is also widely used in non-ferrous metal materials,such as copper alloy vertical pump with seawater corrosion resistance,good thermal conductivity and other characteristics.In view of the complex multi-type(in order to solve the different import and export directions)vertical multi-stage pump on the same stage rapid testing needs,our unit developed a set of automatic test metal fixture system,to achieve the purpose of quickly loading pump products on the same stage.From the four aspects of development basis,structural principle design,workflow design and parameter design,the non-standard design of the test fixture is carried out.The developed real machine has been tested by the actual operation at the customer's site,which meets the production demand and effectively improves the degree of pump test automation.关键词
