Design and Implementation of Automated Production Line for Primary Bamboo Processing
摘要
Abstract
Currently,the primary processing of bamboo is still at a semi-automated level in terms of the production processes such as sawing,breaking,and bundling,which seriously restricts the improvement of production efficiency and economic benefits.In order to improve the production efficiency and the product quality,and reduce labor costs,the technical systems,such as automatic material feeding,optimal sawing and collection of bamboo roots,intelligent identification and precise avoidance of bamboo culm joints,adjustable fixation of culm length and section and automatic discharge,real-time detection of tip diameter for sawing,intelligent knotting and section fixing of raw bamboo and intelligent safety assurance,are designed to realize the automatic operation of the whole process covering sawing,breaking,planing,and bundling.The automated production line for primary bamboo processing can greatly improve the processing efficiency and the utilization rate of bamboo timber,reduce energy consumption and cost,and provide strong supports for the high-quality development of bamboo industry.关键词
