菌酶协同发酵百香果壳对湖羊生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清生化、免疫和抗氧化指标的影响
Effects of microbial-enzyme co-fermented passion fruit shell on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,serum biochemical,immune,and antioxidant indexes of Hu sheep

Abstract
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of microbial-enzyme co-fermented passion fruit shell on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,serum biochemical,immunity,and antioxidant indexes of Hu sheep.A total of 32 healthy male Hu sheep with a body weight of approximately 29.00 kg and aged 150 days were randomly divided into four groups,with four replicates per group and two Hu sheep per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were fed a basal diet with 10%,20%,and 30%of peanut straw replaced by microbial-enzyme co-fermented passion fruit shell,respectively.The pre-test period was 10 days and the formal test period was 28 days.The results showed that compared to the control group,the total weight gain(TWG),average daily gain(ADG),and average daily feed intake(ADFI)of Hu sheep in experimental group Ⅲ were extremely increased(P<0.01),with increases of 32.10%,32.10%,and 14.28%,respectively.The apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),crude fat(EE),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in Hu sheep of experimental group Ⅲ were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of DM,CP,and ADF in Hu sheep of experimental group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05).The total protein(TP),globulin(GLOB),and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in the serum of Hu sheep in experimental group Ⅲ were significantly increased(P<0.05),with increases of 10.86%,10.29%,and 21.59%,respectively.The levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and interleukin-4(IL-4)in the serum of Hu sheep in experimental group Ⅲ were significantly increased(P<0.01).The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the serum of Hu sheep in experimental group Ⅲ were extremely increased(P<0.01),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that microbial-enzyme co-fermented passion fruit shell can improve the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,immune function,and antioxidant capacity of Hu sheep,and improve serum biochemical indexes,with the application effect being better at a 30%addition level.关键词
