不同添加剂对紫花苜蓿与高丹草混合青贮品质的影响
Effects of different additives on silage quality of mixed silage of alfalfa and sorghum-sudangrass hybrid
摘要
Abstract
The experiment aimed to study the effects of different additives on the silage quality of mixed silage of alfalfa and sorghum-sudangrass hybrid.The alfalfa and sorghum-sudangrass hybrid were mixed in a 1∶1 ratio for ensiling,with five groups set up,each group with three replicates.The control group(CK group)had no additives,while groups T1,T2,T3,and T4 were treated with 0.5%acetic acid,0.5%propionic acid,a mixture of 0.5%propionic acid and 0.5%urea,and 0.001 7%lactic acid bacteria preparation,respectively.The results showed that the silage dry matter,crude protein,lactic acid,crude ash,potassium,and phosphorus concentrations of group T3 were significantly higher than those of other groups(P＜0.05),while the concentrations of acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber were significantly lower than those of other groups(P＜0.05).The V-Score evaluation result of group T3 was good,and the comprehensive value ranking was the first.The study indicates that adding the mixture of 0.5%propionic acid and 0.5%urea has the better effect on the mixed silage quality of alfalfa and sorghum-sudangrass hybrid.关键词
