摘要

Abstract

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of compound probiotics on the fermented quality and parameters in vitro of total mixed feed of protein grass.The experiment was set up with two groups,each with five replicates.The control group did not add probiotics,while the compound probiotic group added 0.05%compound probiotics(Bacillus subtilis+Saccharomyces cerevisiae+Lactobacillus plantarum+Enterococcus faecium).Both groups of feed were fermented continuously for 14 days at room temperature(average temperature 15~25℃).The results showed that compared with the control group,the compound probiotics group significantly improved the color score,odor score,pH value score,and total score of the fermented feed(P<0.05),significantly increased the concentrations of lactic acid,acetic acid,propionic acid,total nitrogen,crude protein,and soluble carbohydrates(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the pH value,butyric acid,ammonia nitrogen,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber concentrations,and ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the compound probiotics group significantly increased the concentrations of acetic acid,propionic acid,valeric acid,and total volatile fatty acids in the rumen fluid(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the pH value and ammonia nitrogen content of the rumen fluid(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding compound probiotics such as Bacillus subtilis+Saccharomyces cerevisiae+Lactobacillus plantarum+Enterococcus faecium in the preparation of whole mixed fermented feed of protein grass can significantly improve the sensory score and nutritional value of the fermented feed,and improve the feed fermentation quality and rumen fermentation environment.
