基于多元统计分析方法对不同产地蒙古黄芪农家种在汾阳地区的引种适应性评价

Abstract
The experiment aims to explore the adaptability evaluation of different origin Astragalus membranaceus varieties in the Fenyang area based on multivariate statistical analysis methods.Six Astragalus membranaceus germplasm resources from Shanxi province were compared and analyzed.Through adaptability analysis,grey relational analysis,correlation analysis,and membership function analysis,a comprehensive evaluation was conducted on 13 indicators of the growth characteristics and nutritional quality of the introduced Astragalus membranaceus varieties.The results showed that HQHY021 had high resistance to root rot,with the highest content of Astragaloside Ⅳ(714.29 mg/kg),which was 1 to 2 times higher than that of other Astragalus materials.It also had the highest total sugar content(12.40%)and relatively high fat content(0.30 g/100 g).HQHY009 had a moderate total sugar content(10.60%),consistent fat content with HQHY021,and a relatively high crude protein content(4.80 g/100 g).HQWZ008 had consistent fat content(0.30 g/100 g)with HQHY021 and HQHY009,and the highest soluble dietary fiber content(7.01 g/L).The comprehensive adaptability ranking of the six materials in Fenyang area was:HQWZ008＞HQHY009＞HQHY021＞HQHY04＞HQWT002＞HQPL007,but HQWZ008 and HQHY009 had poor resistance capabilities.The study indicates that,considering the climate,precipitation,and management levels of Fenyang area,as well as stress resistance and nutritional components,HQHY021 is more suitable for cultivation in Fenyang area.关键词
