摘要

Abstract

Freshwater fish are a vital component of aquatic biodiversity and play a significant role in the ecosystem.Freshwater fish gut microbiota are groups of microorganisms that coexist with the fish gut and play an important role in the host's nutritional metabolism and overall health.The diversity of gut microbiota is closely related to the health status of the fish host.This paper discussed the composition characteristics and significance of gut microbiota in freshwater fish,described the important functions of intestinal microbiota in host digestion and absorption,growth and development,and immune regulation,described the important roles of intestinal microbiota in enhancing host nutrition,enhancing immunity,improving water quality and relieving stress,and highlighted the potential application of intestinal microbiota in screening probiotics and developing biomarkers.It provides a reference for the effective utilization of gut microbial resources,promoting the prevention and control of diseases in freshwater fish and the sustainable development of the aquaculture industry.
