Abstract
Objective:Observation of laparoscopic and common bile duct surgery for bile duct obstruction.Methods:From 2018 to Aug 2023,100 cases of common bile duct stones in Suzhou Science&Technology City were random-ly divided into 50 groups,the control group was 50 and the control group was 50.The control group was treated with common bile duct stone and T tube drainage,and the treatment results were compared.Results:Discuss the clinic efficacy of the combination of TCM.The patients in the therapy group had a significant reduction in the num-ber of times of discharge,and the mean duration of hospital stay.The SF-36 level in the experimental group was significantly increased compared with the control group(p<0.05).Results showed that the rate of complications after operation was significantly decreased(P>0.05);AST,ALP,ALT were compared with those in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Choledochoscopic stone resection and first stage treatment for gallstones can speed up the healing process,enhance the quality of life and decrease the complications.关键词
