Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the microbial test results and drug sensitivity characteristics of urinary tract in-fection.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,128 patients with urinary tract infection in Taicang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and urine samples were collected for microbiological examination,and their pathogenic characteristics and drug resistance were analyzed.Results:Among 128 patients with urinary tract infection,60 strains of Escherichia coli、25 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae、35 strains of Enterococcus faecalis and 8 strains of Pseudo-monas aeruginosa were detected.Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae are highly sensitive to levofloxacin,ciprofloxa-cin and imipenem,while Enterococcus faecalis is highly sensitive to vancomycin,tigecycline and linezolid.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of urinary tract infection,the implementation of microbiological examination can clarify the distribution of patho-genic bacteria and guide the clinical selection of antibacterial drugs.关键词
