Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT in preoperative TNM staging diagnosis of gastric canc-er.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2023,73 patients with gastric cancer in Nanjing Liuhe District People's Hos-pital were selected.All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT examination before operation,and the diagnostic efficien-cy of multi-slice spiral CT was analyzed based on the surgical and pathological results.Results:The accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT in T-stage diagnosis of gastric cancer was 87.67%(64/73),which was consistent with the pathological di-agnosis(Kappa=0.82)and had no significant difference(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of N0、N1、N2 and N3 stages was 89.19%(33/37)、89.47%(17/19)、90.00%(9/10)and 85.71%(6/7),the accuracy of N-stage diagnosis of gastric cancer was 89.04%(65/73),which was consistent with the pathological diagnosis(Kappa=0.83)and had no significant difference(P>0.05).The accuracy of diagnosis in M0 and M1 stages was 92.45%(49/53)and 85.00%(17/20),and the accuracy of diagnosis in M stages of gastric cancer was 90.41%(66/73),which was consistent with the pathological diag-nosis(Kappa=0.76)and had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT is effective in preoper-ative TNM staging diagnosis of gastric cancer,which can provide scientific basis for making surgical plans for patients.关键词
