摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of electronic biofeedback on the rehabilitation and neurological and motor func-tions of patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods:From January 2023 to July 2024 in jianhu county People's Hospital,78 patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction were selected as the research object.Patients were ran-domly divided into control group and observation group with 39 cases in each group.The intervention scheme adopted by the control group was routine rehabilitation training,while the intervention scheme adopted by the observation group was routine rehabilitation training combined with electronic biofeedback therapy.Both groups were intervened for 8 weeks,and the intervention effect was compared.Results:After treatment,compared with Fugl-MEyer、the NIHSS score in the obser-vation group was lower,the total scores of upper limbs,lower limbs and Fugl-MEyer were higher,and the serum NSE and S-100B were lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:Electronic biofeedback therapy can effectively regulate the level of serum neuroendocrine factors,improve the neurological function and motor function of patients with cerebral infarction and im-prove the rehabilitation effect.关键词
