Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic effect of MRI on knee joint injury.Methods:From February 2020 to December 2022,86 patients with suspected knee joint injury in Taizhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected,all of whom were examined by MRI.Using the results of arthroscopy as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficiency of MRI in meniscus and articular cartilage injury was evaluated.Results:There were 172 menisci and 516 articular cartilage in 86 patients,and 116 meniscus injuries and 95 articular carti-lage injuries were detected by arthroscopy.112 meniscus injuries and 90 positive articular cartilage were detected by NMR.Taking the results of arthroscopy as the gold standard,the diagnostic accuracy、sensitivity and specificity of MRI for meniscus injury were 94.19%(162/172)、93.97%(109/116)and 94.64%(53/56),which was in good a-greement with the gold standard(kappa=0.87).The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of articular cartilage injury were 97.09%(501/516)、89.47%(85/95)and 98.81%(416/421),which were in good agreement with the gold standard(Kappa=0.90).Conclusion:MRI has high diagnostic efficiency in the diagnosis of meniscus and articular cartilage injury of knee joint.关键词
