Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of decompressive craniectomy combined with intracranial hematoma removal in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Fifty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemor-rhage admitted to Sheyang County People's Hospital from September 2019 to September 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated conservatively,and the observation group was treated with decompressive craniectomy combined with intracranial hematoma remov-al.The therapeutic effect、neurological deficit(NIHSS score)、ability of daily living(ADL score)and prognosis(GOS score)of the two groups were observed.Results:The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;The GOS score of observation group was(4.13±0.27),which was higher than that of control group(3.45±0.46),P<0.05.Conclusion:decom-pressive craniectomy combined with intracranial hematoma evacuation has definite clinical effect in treating hyperten-sive cerebral hemorrhage,which can reduce the degree of neurological deficit,enhance the ability of daily activities and improve the prognosis.关键词
