摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of troponin Ⅰ(cTnl)、myoglobin(Mb)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:50 patients with a-cute myocardial infarction in Yangzhou Hongquan Hospital from January to October,2023 were selected as the ob-servation group.50 cases were selected from the people who took health examination in this hospital during this pe-riod and set as the control group.Both groups were given cTnl、Mb and CK-MB tests,and the results were com-pared,and the diagnostic efficiency of combined tests for acute myocardial infarction was analyzed.Results:The lev-els of cTnl、Mb and CK-MB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The accuracy and sensitivity of combined detection of three indexes in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction were higher than those of single detection of one index,P<0.05.The specificity of combined detection of three indexes for fingertip acute myocardial infarction was compared with that of single index,P>0.05.Conclusion:Combined de-tection of cTnl,Mb and CK-MB has high diagnostic value in patients with acute myocardial infarction.This meth-od is of great significance to improve the diagnostic efficiency of acute myocardial infarction.关键词
