Abstract
Objective:To evaluate and analyze the application effect and accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultra-sound in the diagnosis of uterine adenomyoma and hysteromyoma.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2023,82 cases of adenomyoma and hysteromyoma diagnosed by pathological examination in Suzhou Sucheng Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Patients were divided into adenomyoma group(41 cases)and hysteromyoma group(41 cases)according to the pathological diagnosis results.Philips HD11XE color Doppler ultrasound instrument was used to scan the two groups of patients,and the accuracy of diagnosis results and ultrasonic images were analyzed.Results:Through transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination,among 82 patients,40 cases were diagnosed as adenomyoma and 39 cases as hysteromyoma,with an accuracy rate of 96.34%(79/82).The average RI of patients with hysteromyoma was(0.55±0.09),which was lower than that of patients with adenomyoma(0.68±0.11),P<0.05.The peak systolic velocity(Vs)、peak diastolic velocity(Vd)and pulsatility index(PI)of patients with ade-nomyoma were higher than those of patients with adenomyoma,P<0.05.Conclusion:Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,as a high-resolution,non-invasive and repeatable imaging examination method,has important applica-tion value in the diagnosis of uterine adenomyoma and hysteromyoma.关键词
