Abstract
Objective:To explore the predictive value of ultrasound uterine artery blood flow examination in the de-tection of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA)in the first trimester.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,46 patients with URSA in the first trimester were selected as the experimental group.Forty-six normal pregnant women with physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The pa-rameters of uterine artery blood flow(RI、PI、S/D)were compared between the two groups,and their predictive val-ue in the diagnosis of URSA in the first trimester was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC).Results:The RI value、PI value、average RI value、average PI value and bilateral S/D value of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.The areas under the ROC curve of RI、PI and bilateral S/D values are 0.812、0.825 and 0.858,respectively,showing good diagnostic efficiency,among which the area under the curve of bilateral S/D values is the largest.Conclusion:Compared with normal pregnant women,the uterine artery blood flow index of URSA patients in early pregnancy is significantly higher.The accuracy of uterine artery blood flow in the diagnosis of this disease is high,which has certain guiding value for the prediction and treatment of UR-SA.关键词
