开颅手术与神经内镜手术在高血压脑出血治疗中的效果对比
Comparison between Craniotomy And Neuroendoscope in the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of craniotomy and neuroendoscopic surgery in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods:80 patients with HICH admitted to xinghua city People's Hos-pital from January 2020 to August 2024 were selected as the research object,and were divided into control group and intervention group according to the operation method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was trea-ted by craniotomy,while the intervention group was treated by neuroendoscope.The indexes of operation、inflamma-tion and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the oper-ation duration、intraoperative blood loss、postoperative ICU time、hematoma clearance rate and GCS score of 1 day after operation in the intervention group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the three inflammatory indexes in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The inci-dence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Neu-roendoscopic surgery is superior to craniotomy in the treatment of HICH,which can optimize the surgical indica-tors,reduce the level of inflammatory markers and reduce postoperative complications,promote the recovery of pa-tients.关键词
