Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided iliac fascia block combined with weak opioid general anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods:The research subjects were 72 elderly patients with hip replacement in jianhu county People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine anesthesia,and the observation group was given ultrasound-guided iliac fascia block combined with weak opioid general anesthesia.The analgesic and sedative effects、operation time、stress response and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The NRS score and RSS score of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 12 h and 24 h after operation,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had shorter oper-ation time,lower physiological stress response indexes HR and MAP,and lower incidence of postoperative complica-tions,P<0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided iliac fascia block combined with weak opioid general anesthesia has good analgesic and sedative effects in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement,which is helpful to shorten the operation time,reduce the physiological stress reaction of patients and reduce the incidence of postoperative compli-cations.关键词
