Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects of laryngeal mask anesthesia and tracheal intubation anesthesia in lapa-roscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of 110 patients were enrolled in the study,all of whom were selected from patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Rugao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2023.Patients were divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods during operation,with 55 cases in the control group and 55 cases in the research group.The control group was given trache-al intubation anesthesia,while the research group was given laryngeal mask anesthesia.Anesthesia-related inde-xes、intraoperative signs changes and anesthesia adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:Anesthesia-related indexes in the study group are better than those in the control group,that is,the dosage of propofol during operation is less,and the time of extubation and anesthesia awake after operation is shorter,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,HR and MAP in the study group before anesthesia induction,P>0.05;When the trachea(laryngeal mask)was inserted,after pneumoperitoneum and when the trachea(laryn-geal mask)was pulled out,the HR and MAP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The adverse reaction rate of anesthesia in the study group was 5.45%,which was lower than that in the con-trol group 18.18%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with tracheal intubation anesthesia,laryngeal mask airway an-esthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy can make patients'vital signs more stable during operation,shorten their awake time after operation,and have fewer adverse reactions.关键词
