Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of wet and hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine on the function,complications and quality of life of autologous arteriovenous fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients Methods:From January 2021 to December 2023,50 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to Pukou District Hos-pital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing were selected.Both groups were treated with autogenous arteriove-nous fistula,and were divided into control group and study group according to the difference of nursing methods,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the research group was given Chinese medicine wet and hot compress intervention on the basis of the control group.The function,complications and quality of life of autogenous arteriovenous fistula were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:After the in-tervention,the diameter of posterior vein、the blood flow of cephalic vein、the diameter of anastomotic stoma and the blood flow of anastomotic stoma in the study group were all larger than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group.After the intervention,the physical condition,mental state and total score in KDQ scale were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of Chinese medicine wet and hot compress in the nursing of autologous arteriovenous fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients can promote the maturity of internal fistula,prolong the use time of internal fistula,reduce the risk of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
