Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of pedicle oblique radiograph in pedicle puncture vertebroplasty(PVP).Methods:Sixty-eight patients with thoracolumbar fractures admitted to Zhenjiang First People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transpedicular puncture vertebroplasty,and the observation group was treated with oblique transpedicular film on the basis of the control group.The postoperative complications and the de-gree of pain were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of post-operative complications in the observation group was lower,and the VAS scores immediately after operation,1 day af-ter operation and 3 days after operation were lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:Adding oblique radiograph of pedicle in PVP can effectively reduce the complications such as nerve injury and bone cement leakage during and after operation,and reduce the pain degree of patients.关键词
