Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:From October 2019 to May 2024,78 patients with endometrial polyps were selected from tinghu district People's Hospital of Yancheng City.The patients were randomly divided into two groups(control group and observation group),with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine curettage,while the observation group was treated with hysteroscopy.The curative effects of the two groups were evaluated from five aspects:surgi-cal index、endometrial thickness change、menstrual flow、postoperative complications and disease recurrence.Re-sults:In the observation group,the operation time(20.37±2.46)min,blood loss(17.05±2.55)ml and postopera-tive hospital stay(5.34±1.22)d were shorter than those in the control group,and the endometrial thickness and menstrual flow were(5.32±1.28)mm and(115.6±7 14)6 months after operation.Compared with the recurrence rate of postoperative complications in the two groups,the observation group was lower in both groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:Hysteroscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of endometrial polyps,with short operation time,low trauma,rapid recovery and better prognosis.关键词
